Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
